About FAHIM NODES

FAHIM NODES is a Bangladesh-based hosting provider serving customers across Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal, and other regions. We provide Minecraft Server Hosting, VPS Hosting, Web Hosting, Premium & Local Domain Registration, Bot Hosting, Pterodactyl Server Hosting, Digital Products, and Infrastructure Solutions. Our mission is to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance hosting services with professional customer support.

1. Terms of Service (ToS)

By purchasing or using any service from FAHIM NODES, you agree to these Terms & Policies.

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
  • FAHIM NODES reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these policies.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Policies at any time without prior notice.

2. Service Delivery Policy

Domain Registration — Estimated delivery time: 10 minutes to 24 hours after successful payment. Delivery may vary depending on payment verification or domain registry processing.

VPS Hosting — Estimated delivery time: 24–48 hours.

Web Hosting — Estimated delivery time: 24–48 hours.

Instant Delivery Services — Minecraft Server Hosting, Bot Hosting, and Pterodactyl Server Hosting are normally activated instantly after successful payment. If an instant service is not activated automatically, please contact support immediately.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service activation or purchase.
  • Refunds are available only for eligible services.
  • Domain registrations, software licenses, setup fees, custom services, and services suspended or terminated due to policy violations are non-refundable.
  • Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
  • Every request is reviewed individually.

4. Replacement Policy

VPS / Web Hosting — Replacement requests must be submitted within 72 hours. Replacement is available only for verified hardware or technical issues that cannot be resolved. User-caused issues or software misconfiguration are not eligible.

Digital Products — Refund & replacement requests must be submitted within 12 hours. Only defective or invalid digital products are eligible. Redeemed, activated, downloaded, or misused products are not eligible.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • DDoS attacks
  • Hacking or unauthorized access
  • Malware, ransomware, phishing, or viruses
  • Spam or abusive network activity
  • Hosting illegal or copyrighted content without permission
  • Cryptocurrency mining (unless approved)
  • Any activity violating applicable laws

Violation of these policies may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund.

6. Payment Issue Policy

If your payment is completed but your order shows "Payment Unsuccessful", "Pending", or the service is not activated:

  1. Do not make another payment.
  2. Create a Support Ticket.
  3. Contact our Billing/Admin Team via Discord or WhatsApp.
  4. Provide your Transaction ID, payment screenshot, payment method, and registered email address.

Our team will verify the payment and activate your service if the payment has been received successfully.

7. Chargeback Policy

  • Customers must contact Billing Support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in: immediate suspension or termination of all services; permanent account restriction or ban; cancellation of refund eligibility while the dispute is active.
  • FAHIM NODES reserves the right to verify customer identity and payment ownership before activating services.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect only the information necessary to provide our services.
  • Customer information is never sold to third parties.
  • Information may be disclosed only when required by law or to protect our infrastructure and prevent abuse.

9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to provide:

  • 99.99% Network Uptime
  • Enterprise-grade DDoS Protection
  • Stable and secure infrastructure
  • High-performance network connectivity

Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

FAHIM NODES may suspend or terminate any account for:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized payments
  • Chargebacks
  • Illegal activities
  • Resource abuse
  • Network abuse
  • Violation of these Terms & Policies

Services terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

11. Policy Updates

FAHIM NODES reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Policies at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
